Go up Plc. Knee orthosis for post-surgery with graduated movement, PCL version. THE THERAPY OF THE POSTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT The GoUp PCL knee brace is primarily designed for postoperative care following surgical reconstruction of the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL). The hinged knee brace protects the knee joint from flexion-extension and varus-valgus stress, while still allowing gradual and controlled recovery of the range of motion (ROM). The inflatable retro-tibial pad enables the patient to choose how to reduce the load on the posterior cruciate ligament thereby allowing the injury to gradually heal and the new tissue to adapt to its function. The type of injury, the experience of the surgeon and the protocols adopted determine how long the knee brace should be worn for immobilisation and the controlled recovery of the range of movement

- Post-surgery when knee flexion and extension need to be limited and controlled (PLC ligament reconstruction)
- Post-traumatic stage of knee sprains
