We recommend post-operative lumbar bandthat the pressure exerted by the device does not act on parts of the body with wounds, swelling, or welts. It is advisable to not over tighten the device so as to avoid generating areas of excessive local pressure or the compression of underlying nerves and/ or blood vessels
